1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swarag (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Access & Multiplayer Rooms
Swarag provides free, browser-based multiplayer party games. Users can host private or public rooms using room codes. Room hosts hold administrative controls to start games, lock rooms, transfer host privileges, or kick players from their room.
3. Code of Conduct
When choosing nicknames, drawing images, or sending in-game chat messages, you agree not to submit content that:
- Is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
- Attempts to exploit, spam, overload, or disrupt WebSocket services or room infrastructure.
- Executes automated scripts or malicious payloads.
4. Service Availability & State
Swarag is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gameplay sessions and room states are stored in temporary server memory and may reset upon server maintenance or network updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any game mode or feature at any time without liability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Swarag branding, design system, game modes (Riddle Rush, Draw & Guess, Story Chaos, Number Hunt, Memory Shuffle, Memory Cards, Imposter, Draw & Remember), artwork, and code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Swarag and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
