2. How Swarag Uses Storage
Swarag uses web storage strictly for essential function:
- Essential Local Storage (`party_player_id`): A unique, anonymous string is saved to your browser's
localStoragewhen you visit Swarag. This key allows the server to identify you if your connection drops, enabling you to reconnect to your ongoing game room seamlessly.
3. Third-Party Advertising Preparation
Swarag is prepared to support legitimate advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) in future releases. When ad networks are enabled, an IAB-compliant Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner will allow visitors in supported regions (including EEA/UK and California) to customize their ad cookie preferences prior to any non-essential cookie placement.
4. Managing Local Storage in Your Browser
You can clear your browser's local storage or cookies at any time via your browser settings. Note that clearing local storage will erase your temporary player identifier, meaning you will not be able to reconnect to an active room if disconnected.
